Personal data

We process the details you provide in the form: name, business or project, email address, telephone number if supplied, city and country, project type, approximate consumption and the content of your enquiry.

Purpose and legal basis

We use this information only to receive, manage and answer your professional enquiry and to keep the necessary related communications. The legal basis is your consent and, where applicable, the pre-contractual measures you request.

Retention

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle and follow up on your enquiry. We may then retain only the necessary information for periods required by law or to address potential liabilities.

Providers and international transfers

We use Web3Forms, operated by Web3Creative, to receive and manage forms, and Microsoft email services. They act as processors or technology providers. Web3Forms states that it uses AWS, Cloudflare and Hetzner infrastructure and standard contractual clauses when international data transfers apply. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising unrelated to your enquiry.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability of your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to roasters@cate.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.
